Should you arrive outside of the check-in hours, we will try to make every effort to ensure that you can access the house at the best time for you. We ask you to notify us so that we can arrange and prepare the house.
Any arrival or departure outside the established times is subject to availability.
A supplement could be applied for arrivals or departures outside the above times, payable in cash.
For arrivals between 2:00 am and 12:00 pm an additional night must be booked.

A car is required to reach the house. Villa Aroi is located within a wildlife reserve and the last 500 meters to reach the house are on a unpaved road (“white road”).

Villa Aroi has a private uncovered parking lot within the property. Parking is included in the price.

In the municipality of Pachino, the tourist tax is compulsory and corresponds to 3,00 € per person per night (maximum 5 nights).
The tourist tax will be payable in cash on site at check-in and is not included in the price of the house.

Villa Aroi only accommodates children 6 years of age and older. 

No pets are accepted at Villa Aroi.

Smoking is forbidden inside the house. In outdoor areas please use the provided ashtrays.

Villa Aroi, like many houses in Sicily, is not connected to the region’s water supply and therefore has private cisterns for storing water. This water can safely be used for personal hygiene, for rinsing fruits and vegetables and cooking food. However, it cannot be ingested.
Since water dispensed from the tap cannot be drunk, you will find some bottles of natural mineral water offered by us at your arrival.

It is strictly forbidden to hold parties.

Outdoor video surveillance cameras always active for your safety.

At check-in you will be asked to sign a lease agreement for tourist use (in Italian) in order to protect both host and guest in case of disputes. The contract will be sent a few weeks before the check-in date so that the guest can read it in advance (also in English and German versions).

The cleaning service fee of 100€ is per stay and is automatically added to the booking amount.

The Tenant is required to hand over in cash or by bank transfer, prior to the handing over of the keys, the sum of 250 € as security deposit. The security deposit is divided as follows:

• 200 € as a security deposit in case of damage to the property itself or objects inside and outside of it
• 50 € as a deposit for extra cleaning. In fact, in order to keep the house in excellent condition, upon departure you are asked to leave the appliances as found (refrigerator and freezer cleaned and emptied of all food, oven and grill cleaned, and remaining garbage deposited in the appropriate containers).

The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after checking the condition of the property, furniture and furnishings. In case of damage or failure to clean, the fee or part of it will be retained.

Refundable rate
Reservations can be canceled free of charge, with refund of deposit, up to 30 days before arrival.

Non refundable rate
In case of cancellation, no refund will be given.

● A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to be made by bank transfer
● The remaining 50% is to be paid in one of the following ways:
    ○ By bank transfer within 7 days before check-in
    ○ In cash (exact) at check-in

Non-refundable rate
A payment of 100% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to be made by bank transfer.

In case the above payments are not made, access to the house will be refused and the reservation will be considered cancelled. No fees charged to the recipient are accepted.
